Darkwood Has Arrived
Two years in the making, Mackenzie Browns’ 6 song EP is here! Her debut album Darkwood is LIVE. The album was developed and conceived during her time in Antigua and Barbuda, West Indies. Working along side two time Grammy nominated producer Justin “Jus Bus” Nation and Torsten Stenzel taking the album to the next level. Mackenzie’s dream has finally come full circle. The sound for the album was recorded at Irie Fire Studio located on the north east end of the island. It is housed in a renovated 17th century colonial style cottage which was part of a former sugar estate which made for a cool laid back Caribbean vibe during recording.
